  • Melt 2 Tbsp butter in your large stainless steel pot. Meanwhile, dice 1 celery rib, ½ white onion and add to the melted butter. Then, add chicken stock and 2 tsp poultry seasoning and bring to a boil.
  • To boiling water, add cubed bread, salt, and stir. Turn off. Then, pour into an 8x8 pyrex. Put in the warming drawer of your oven, if waiting on oven space. Place in oven at 425F to warm, about 5-10 minutes.
