
Turkey Tacos

Equipment
- 12-inch cast iron skillet
- Wooden spoon
- Measuring spoons
- Cutting board + sharp knife
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey 2 cups
- 3 Tbsp taco seasoning
- 8 tortillas
- 1 tomato (optional) quartered
- 1 onion (optional) diced
- ½ lettuce (optional) shredded
- 2 cups shredded cheese (optional)
- 8 oz sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Add 1 lb ground turkey to large skillet and cook over medium heat, breaking up the meat into small pieces using a wooden spoon. Add the taco seasoning and stir well.
- Warm tortillas if desired.
- If using, prepare the taco toppings. Dice tomato and onion and cut lettuce into bite sized pieces. Set out shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa.

How to Make Taco Seasoning
You can sub 1 lb ground turkey.
Other optional toppings: corn, black beans, cilantro, and avocados!
