Equipment

  • Cutting board + sharp knife
  • Large salad bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, iceburg
  • ½ bell pepper (optional) sliced
  • 1 carrot (optional) sliced
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • ½ pt tomatoes (grape or cherry)
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Chop lettuce into bite sized pieces and add to large salad bowl. 
  • Slice vegetables and add to salad bowl along with sunflower seeds. 
  • Serve with dressing of choice.
