- Cutting board + sharp knife
- Large salad bowl
Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce, iceburg
- ½ bell pepper (optional) sliced
- 1 carrot (optional) sliced
- 1 cucumber sliced
- ½ pt tomatoes (grape or cherry)
- ½ cup sunflower seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Chop lettuce into bite sized pieces and add to large salad bowl.
- Slice vegetables and add to salad bowl along with sunflower seeds.
- Serve with dressing of choice.
