Sautéed Green Beans

- Cast iron skillet

Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp butter
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Turn a skillet to medium high heat.
- Meanwhile, Line the green beans in a row and trim all the ends off the green beans. In the same way, cut into 1-inch pieces (if desired).
- Add oil to the pan and cook for 4-6 minutes, or until the green beans are your desired tenderness. Top with butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
