Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Turn a skillet to medium high heat.
  • Meanwhile, Line the green beans in a row and trim all the ends off the green beans. In the same way, cut into 1-inch pieces (if desired).
  • Add oil to the pan and cook for 4-6 minutes, or until the green beans are your desired tenderness. Top with butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
