Equipment

  • Stand Mixer or large bowl with hand mixer
  • Cutting board + sharp knife
  • Measuring spoons

Ingredients

  • 2 avocado sliced in half, pits removed
  • tsp pepper
  • tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • lime 1 wedge
  • 1 Roma tomato diced

Instructions

  • Add avocado to a stand mixer OR mash by hand until it’s the consistency you like. (Or use your (immersion) blender or food processor!)
  • Add the spices and lime juice and mix well.
  • Fold in the tomatoes.
  • Taste, and adjust seasonings if desired.
