Ingredients

avocado
sliced in half, pits removed

minced garlic

Roma tomato
diced
Instructions
Add avocado to a stand mixer OR mash by hand until it’s the consistency you like. (Or use your (immersion) blender or food processor!)
Add the spices and lime juice and mix well.
Fold in the tomatoes.
Taste, and adjust seasonings if desired.
