Equipment

  • Measuring cups + spoons
  • 4 pint size jars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 4 tsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 4 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Divide coconut milk, oats, chia seeds (if using), banana, maple syrup and salt into 4 pint-sized jar and stir. Top with blueberries and coconut, if desired. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
