(you can substitute up to half white vinegar without altering the taste)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450F.
Combine all marinade ingredients in a glass jar.
Secure the lid and shake vigorously. This dressing can be stored at room temperature for a day, but it should be refrigerated for long term storage.
Pour over chicken in a baking dish with a lid. Let marinate for 20 minutes-2 hours.
Bake chicken for 20-28 minutes until cooked through.
Shred or dice chicken.
Layer chicken and toppings on pitas or flatbreads.
