- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 onion sliced
- 2 bell pepper, green sliced
- 2 bell pepper (any) sliced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp minced garlic
Measure 1 Tbsp of olive oil into the pressure cooker and press the "sauté" function.
Add 2 sliced onions, 2 sliced green bell peppers and 2 sliced colored bell peppers and stir with a wooden spoon.
Cook the onions and peppers until your desired texture (firm or soft).
Season with 1½ tsp salt, ½ tsp cumin, ¼ tsp pepper and ¼ tsp granulated garlic.
